Mr Senesie is the acting Director of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in the Ministry of Technical and Higher Education (MTHE).

Mr Senesie is an Educationist by profession and possesses vast experience in administration and programming. His combine professional experience is more than 15 years uninterrupted accumulated along the following corridors (Education, Development and private Sector Profit)
His academic credentials are as follows
1.) B Sc. Education Economic option: Njala University. His Dissertation topic is "the impact of macroeconomic variable on private investment in Sierra Leone from 1977-2000".
2.) MBA: Masters of Business Administration and Management: with Project planning and implementation option Njala University: his dissertation topic did not change but increase the scope of variable from 1977-2005.
He builds his professional careers through the following organizations
1.) Sierra Leone International School SLIMS Wellington: Role: Teacher
2.) Freetown College of Management and Accountancy (FCMA), he served as Deputy Director of studies in charge of Kenema campus.
3.) Methodist Church Sierra Leone (MCSL), he served in the capacity of Community development and state strengthens Project Manager.
4.) Cooperazione Internazionale- COOPI (INGO) served in the capacity of Programme Manager.
5.) Emibex College of Management and Finances, served as Lecturer
6.) The United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization FAO, served as trainer and coach.
7.) The Evangelical College of Theology -TECT Jui. He served in the capacity of (HoD for two departments (Peace and development and community development studies).
8.) Silva Ortus Sierra Leone limited, Served as Chief Executive Officer CEO.
9.) National Revenue Authority NRA: he served as supervisor manpower planning and capacity building in the HR directorate.
He has participated in several international training and workshops e.g. Training in UN Development Goal 4, 5 and 9 on the topic promoting remote area education, Organized by Hokkaido university in Japan.
